Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Prescott, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The work, in general, will include the following: Construction of a 20' x 32' pavilion structure; installation of an 18' x 10' prefabricated concrete restroom structure, including concrete footings, foundations, plumbing, and electrical service; installation of decorative street light and lighted bollards; installation of park amenities including benches, tables, bike racks, garbage receptacle fencing, playground equipment, drinking fountain, and decorative fencing; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement of three parking lots, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and paint striping; tree planting; and placement of riprap.
