Renovation of a retail development in Shawano, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Demolition Removal and disposal of existing deteriorating wood decking, railing, ramp, and loading dock at front entrance to convenience store. Any damage to existing framing due to deteriorated decking removal will be repaired by contractor at no cost to WRDC. Contractor is responsible for dumpster and disposal of demolition materials offsite. Framing Repair Inspect deck framing. Replace substantially deteriorated framing and/or brackets as needed. Install additional framing posts with Sono tubes if needed Decking Replacement Replace existing deck, railing, ramp, and loading dock to composite decking. Permitting Contractor shall pull necessary permits. Special Requirements Project will need to be completed during store operating hours. Contractor will need to sequence work in phases to allow access to store entrances
