Route: STH 029W County: 58 - Shawano County Limit - Slope Stabilization B- 58-0075 Solicitation ID: NC-05 The roadway and structure need treatment to extend their service lives. Anticipated Construction Cost: $1,000,000-$1,999,999 Perpetuation project to stabilize the soil and reinforce the abutments and embankments of the WIS 29 (B-58-75) bridge over the Wolf River between Shawano and Green Bay in Shawano County. Coordination with WisDOT Geotechnical staff, drainage improvements, pavement joint repairs and concrete pavement slab repairs on WIS 29 westbound lanes between WIS 22 and the existing bridge are also needed. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found at site. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
