The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 200 linear feet of concrete and asphalt urban street, 1,000 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 3,220 square yards of concrete pavement, including colored concrete, 360 linear feet of storm sewer, multiple playground features, two fire tables, a water feature, precast and cast-in-place linear seat walls, lighting, and landscaping.
