Site work for a water / sewer project in Prescott, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Fabricate and install 100' of floating boat launch dock and gangway with driven piles. Fabricate and install 160' of floating fishing dock and gangway with drive piles. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly au-thorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guar-antee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The City of Prescott reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
