Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Prescott, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a paved parking lot with curb and gutter and paint striping, construction of a 30' diameter concrete slab, 15 limestone cut benches, installation of water and sewer lateral, construction of approximately 3,200 feet of 8' wide paved trail throughout a wooded area, 30' long concrete trail structure, placement of riprap, and miscellaneous storm piping. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
