The State Center Community College District ("District") is a California community college district authorized to procure design-build contracts pursuant to Education Code section 81700, et seq. The District issues this Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services ("RFQ") to invite firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to qualify and be short-listed to submit proposals as a design-build entity ("DBE(s)") for the performance of design and construction services for the District project(s) listed in the "PROJECT DESCRIPTION" section below (each a "Project," or collectively "Project(s)").
