Reference number: 20045624 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-02-26 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 18 The Municipality of Rawdon wishes to receive tenders for the construction of a library, including a multi-purpose room, to be located at 3583 rue Metcalfe in Rawdon. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date and for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, taxes included, including a letter of undertaking guaranteeing the provision of a performance bond and a contractor's obligation bond for labor, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the tender, taxes included, and valid for the entire duration of the work. To obtain any additional information on this call for tenders document, the bidder must send a written request to the Registry Department at the following e-mail address: greffe@rawdon.ca. Before work begins, the Director of Environmental Health, Infrastructures and Public Works must approve the Awardee's work schedule. The contractor has eighteen (18) months to complete the work. The building must be delivered by 31 December 2026 at the latest.
