Reference number: 20039130 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-01-06 The MRC de Matawinie wishes to receive bids for a standing contract for the manufacture and installation of signs for the MRC de Matawinie. The call for tenders is divided into two (2) items: - Item 1 : Sign(s) 144'' high X 48'' wide (3.657 m X 1.219 m) - Item 2 : Sign(s) 120'' high X 48'' wide (3,048 m X 1,219 m) This call for tenders is for a standing order contract. Installation must be completed no later than October 1, 2025 for orders placed in February, March and April 2025. The CONTRACTOR will be liable for damages if it exceeds this date, which cannot be changed, as stipulated in the tender documents. For orders placed after April 2025, the CONTRACTOR undertakes to proceed with installation within a period of not more than ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY (150) days from the issue of an order.
