These dams are located in the Municipality of Rawdon. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening and for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, taxes included, as well as a letter of undertaking guaranteeing the provision of a performance bond and a contractor's obligation bond for labor, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the bid, taxes included, and valid for the entire term of the contract.
