The remodel will modernize the facility, enhance functionality, and address updates to the interior and exterior spaces. This includes structural improvements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and refinishing work to ensure the building meets contemporary standards. The remodel will incorporate the construction of new interior spaces, installation of modern systems, and repair of structural elements to create a functional and aesthetically appealing environment.
