MUSC Health is seeking qualifications from Architectural firms for its project "Expansion and Renovation of Columbia Downtown Hospital" located in Columbia SC. The MUHA wishes to renovate and expand the current Emergency Department located at the Columbia Downtown Hospital. The project will involve the expansion of the Emergency Department and renovation of the existing emergency department while providing care and keeping all services intact during the entirety of the project. In order to accommodate the growth of the ED footprint, the existing clinical laboratory will be relocated as an enabling project -the design services of which will be performed outside the scope of services under this RFQ- and will also be undertaken by the CM awarded dod a contract under this RFQ/P.
