Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Allen County Keystone Building Condensing Units Replacement WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Prior to demolition, perform airflow testing of four (4) air handling units. 2. Remove existing evaporator coils at each of the four (4) air handling units. 3. Remove four (4) condensing units located on the roof, one serving each air handling unit. 4. Remove refrigerant piping connecting condensing unit and indoor air handling unit complete. 5. Remove starter and disconnects serving condensing units on the roof. 6. Units which have been removed shall be removed from HVAC controls front end as well. 7. Install new evaporator coils at each of the four (4) indoor air handling units. 8. Install new condensing units serving each of the air handling units on the roof. 9. New refrigerant piping shall be installed between the indoor air handling units and outdoor condensing units. 10. Interface new units with existing building management system serving the facility. 11. Conduct testing and balancing of new assembly and rebalance to values obtained as part of preconstruction testing and balancing. 12. Provide all equipment testing, inspection start-up and submit associated documents including testing and inspection reports and startup checklists 13. Provide all operation and maintenance manuals, as-built record documents and other specified closeout documentation. 14. Contractor shall be fully responsible for all safety measures required throughout the project, including compliance with all OSHA safety standards. 15. Submit warranties on all equipment, including a one-year warranty for overall project. All warranties shall begin on date of substantial completion, regardless of how manufacturer’s standard warranty reads. 16. Provide training to local maintenance staff with the help of factory authorized representative as a part of the project. 17. Other work shall be indicated in contract documents.
