Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work within sixty (60) days of Notice of Award of the Contract. Final Completion is full and complete performance of all Work in accordance with the Contract, including completion of items identified on punch lists, completion of all training, and submission of all warranty documents, manuals, and other documentation required by the Contract. B. The Contractor shall contact the SCC within seven (7) days of contract award to provide a suggested project schedule for SCC review and approval. C. The Contractor shall schedule any work that will disrupt server room operations to occur only on the following Saturdays between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM: a. March 15, 2025 b. March 22, 2025 c. April 12, 2025 d. April 19, 2025 D. The Contractor shall include all planned or potential disruptions to server room operations in its schedule. E. The Contractor shall adhere to all applicable safety codes, standards, laws, and regulations. F. In addition to the pre-bid site visit, the Contractor shall conduct at least one preinstallation site survey to verify field conditions and finalize installation details. G. The Contractor shall furnish a EPOC that complies with all requirements of the Contract. The work shall be governed by the following as applicable: a. Local electrical and fire safety codes b. National Electric Code (NEC) 2017 or latest edition c. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70-A & 101 (2018) or latest edition d. Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (VUSBC) 2018 or latest edition e. Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Administration (VOSHA) 1910 and 1926 f. Exhibit A, Specification Section 16920 – Emergency Power Off Controller g. Exhibit B, 7 th Floor Server Room Markup, H. The Contractor shall have a Virginia contractor’s license. I. The Contractor shall install and run all wiring in conduit. J. The Contractor shall coordinate, as necessary or at the request of the SCC, with manufacturers of potentially impacted equipment and systems, including, but not limited to, HVAC and Clean Agent System, Dry Pipe Sprinkler System and uninterrupted power supply, to ensure seamless integration. K. The Contractor shall label all EPOC-related components and provide updated electrical diagrams. L. The Contractor shall test the EPOC post-installation to confirm functionality and compliance. M. The Contractor shall provide, at a minimum, two hours of onsite training to the SCC Facilities Manager on the proper use and maintenance of the EPOC. N. The Contractor shall provide to the SCC Facilities Manager with each piece of equipment an operations and maintenance manual with wiring diagrams and parts list. O. The Contractor shall provide to the SPOC with each piece of equipment a copy of all warrantie
