**As of April 22, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Remove and demolish existing heating pump system and replace and install with a new heat pump. Must be able to complete work 1-2 weeks ARO. The following specifications are intended to define the level of quality and performance of the requested product and are not intended to be restrictive. All bidders shall state the manufacturer and model numbers for each product offered, and furnish complete, detailed specifications for all products offered. Bidders shall submit with their bid, an itemized comparison with specifications documenting equivalence for dimensions, quality, fabrication, and performance.
