SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to furnish and provide wetland and stream mitigation credit in in Middle James-Willis Watershed (HUC 02080205) to the County of Henrico, Department of Public Works (DPW) in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. B. General Requirements. The Contractor(s) shall provide 0.04 of wetland mitigation credits and 340 linear feet of stream mitigation credits in Middle James-Willis Watershed (HUC 02080205) for Henrico to Goochland County Line Road Extension project. Should you have any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid or bid submissions through electronic, please contact Jianchong Luo at luo001@henrico.gov no later than March 17, 2024. The Successful Bidder is not required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for this contract. The Purchasing Division reserves the right to waive any informality in bids and to award in part or in whole or to reject any or all bids.
