Removal of existing roof and installation of new The Town of Bessie is requesting sealed bids for the removal of an existing roof and installation of a new roof on the Bessie Conference Room and Gymnasium with the following specifi-cations being met: Remove existing roofing system down to the plywood deck and dispose of Install flat stock over the plywood deck TPO membrane installation Flash all penetrations and up and over the parapet wall Install coated edge metal, collector heads, and downspouts 2-year Installer warranty and 20-year Manufacturer's warran-ty upon completion Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the city.
