Renovation of a stadium in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Project is (2) separate single prime bids with an option for a combined single prime which includes but is not limited to the following highlights of Work: Contract No. 1 - MAYSA Arena roof replacement of cover board and EPDM and limited replacement of insulation, completed in accordance with the contractors bid but no later than September 15, 2025. General project management, meetings, schedule control, and project reporting. Two year warranty period, and liquidated damages for non-compliance with schedules. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Single Prime Contract Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $525,000 for Contract 1 For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing, which includes emails.
