The attached bid proposal form shall be used in submitting the bid. The City Council reserves, to itself, the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems necessary and in the best interest of the City of Minot. Delivery of materials, supplies or services contained in the bid shall be made to the Rosehill Cemetery (700 11th Ave SE), and the price shall be FOB, Minot, North Dakota. Design and Dimensions: Bidder shall enclose design sketches and dimensions of columbarium being bid Foundation Plans: Bidder will furnish plans and specifications for the foundation Transportation and Installation: Bidder will provide transportation of columbarium from the street to the construction site and install columbarium on the furnished foundation The City of Minot is accepting bids for four columbarium sections with 48 niches per section. The columbaria to be designed for outdoor use and will be installed on a concrete foundation. The concrete specifications will be provided by the manufacturer. The successful bidder shall submit an itemized bid sheet to the Public Works Operations Director, for written approval, prior to procuring columbarium sections. The bid sheet shall list all specifications, colors, etc. of the columbaria. Additionally, options for each individual columbarium section shall be provided to allow for adjustment of procurement based on available funding. All bidders shall provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of bid (or certified check) to be included with the bid sheet contained in a separate sealed envelope. Bid bond (or certified check) will be returned for non-selected bids.
