The City Council of the City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Minot. The City of Minot is a Title VI community, and the Supplier must be in compliance with Appendix A and Appendix E of the City of Minot Title VI Assurances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and must be in a separate envelope marked "bid bond" and attached to the outside of the bid. The City of Minot is committed to providing non-discriminatory service.
