Renovation of a multi-residential development in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,386-square-foot, two-story above grade multi-residential development.

Project Description: This is a facade improvement project for an existing building in Downtown Minot. The scope of work will contain all facades of the buildings' exterior and will involve restoration and new material application of the existing masonry trim and stucco, replacement of several designated windows, and work indicated in the Contract Documents. The owner intends to utilize the downtown Minot Facade Improvements Program for the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the Bidder's Contractor's license and bid security. The Bidder must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Bids shall be prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be bid as Single Prime Contract (all trades). Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
