IS 126 (Queens) - Science Lab Upgrade/Path of Travel Estimate value : $500,001 - $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall commence Work under this Contract at a date to be specified in a Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter, issued by the Construction Manager and, shall complete Work on the Project, on or before 300 continuous calendar days from the date in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars for each continuous calendar day that the Work shall not be completed after the above-stated Completion date or any authorized extension thereof.
