Plans called for the construction of a museum. The building stretches 775 feet at its longest point and the roof will be made of a solar panel. The two levels consist of the gallery level and the park level. The park level will contain study centers and open storage with works will be on display, visible through the glass facade. As of February 2026, construction is complete.
