The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from pre-qualified General Contractors (Bidder) interested in the replacement of ACMA for the Beaverton School District. The following firms have been determined to be Pre-Qualified for the replacement of ACMA (RFQ 18-0042): (in alphabetical order) Emerick Construction Kirby Nagelhout Construction Co. Robinson Construction Co. Todd Construction, Inc. Triplett Wellman, Inc. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Timely submitted Bids will be opened in public and read aloud immediately after Closing at the address above. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that the Beaverton School District receives its Bid. All questions and comments about this solicitation must be directed ONLY IN WRITING to Justin Sweet, Contract Specialist, by e-mail to: contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us The District May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Requirements.
