Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 4/7/2020 project was not yet been awarded. Award goes to Council on 4/7/2020. Posted 3/24/2020 The project consists of the installation of approximately 215 lineal feet of new 12" diameter, 2,636 lineal feet of new 8" diameter, 837 lineal feet of 6" diameter, and 149 lineal feet of 4" diameter new water main and associated structures. This project also includes the replacement and relocation of existing water meters and service lines, as well as the replacement of existing fire hydrants. CIP 4144 also includes the installation of a 48" diameter storm drain manhole at an existing junction point. The total project cost is approximately between $850,000 and $ 1,100,000. Bids received in the mail after the deadline will not be accepted. b. In-person Bids. In-person bids must be provided to Terry Muralt, Purchasing Agent, at the Finance Utility Billing Counter. The Finance Utility Billing Counter is located on the 2nd Floor of the Beaverton Building, located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, OR 97005. Upon request, the City will issue a written receipt providing the date and time the bid was received. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 P.M. in the Rogue River Room at the Beaverton Building located on the 2nd Floor. No Bids will be accepted after the Bid Closing time and date.
