Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project cost is approximately between $ 1,200,000 and $ 1,400,000 CIP 6095 Investigate what portions of the existing sanitary sewer, storm drainage and water systems need to be replaced or rehabilitated in the Sellwood Subdivision which is the neighborhood bounded by Allen Blvd, Alger Ave, 11th St and Lee Ave. The section of sanitary pipe between 12th St and the Fanno Creek interceptor may be upsized to 10 inches to accommodate overflows from the Alger Trunk overflow at 12th St that was constructed in 1987. 1,150 feet of existing 6-inch water pipe needs to be replaced on 11th St from Lee Ave to Alger Ave. The City of Beaverton is accepting sealed bids for the project, Sellwood Subdivision Utility Rehabilitation and Replacement Project, CIP 6095. The project consists of the construction of new ADA ramps, storm drainage improvements (installation 1,450 lineal feet of 8"-24" pipe, manholes, catch basins, headwall and vault), sanitary sewer improvements (point repairs to existing sewer main, manhole, cleanouts, and access structures), waterline improvements (2,700 lineal feet of 8" and 6" new water main and associated structures)
