Renovation of a residential development in Shelton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This project consists of roofing replacement, installation of mini-split units, interior finishes and fire alarm system upgrades. This bid submission is as follows, please submit your quote accordingly: BASE BID: Roofing on all buildings with PVC trim except for the Community Building. Deduct Alternate #1: aluminum coil stock in lieu of PVC trim on all buildings except for the Community Building. Add Alternate #2: Price per one (1) mini-split unit. Add Alternate #3: Price per bundle of ten (10) mini-split units. Add Alternate #4: Price per bundle of forty (40) mini-split units. Add Alternate #5: Roofing on the Community Building with PVC trim. Add Alternate #6: Roofing on the Community Building with aluminum coil stock. Add Alternate #7: Community Room floor Add Alternate #8: Patch siding at front of Community Building Add Alternate #9: Fire alarm system Deduct Alternate #10: Plastic pads for mini-split condensers in lieu of concrete PROJECT START: ASAP PROJECT COMPLETION: 120 DAYS PREVAILING WAGE RATES ARE REQUIRED The project is tax exempt Question about this bid can be posted until 4 pm on Wednesday, December 11th and will be answered by no later than Thursday , December 12th at 4 pm
