Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and transportation facility.

The proposed 33rd Street and Cornhusker Highway Intersection Improvement Project would build a new bridge over the rail corridor along Cornhusker Highway to eliminate the railroad crossings at North 33rd Street and Adams Street. As of January 27, 2025, this project is in the planning phase. Environmental anaysis and preliminary engineering is in progress. It is anticipated construction will be from 2028 - 2031.
