Site work for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 31st, 2025, the project was awarded to Pruss Excavation, with an awarded amount of $5,609,804.29.** The City of Lincoln, hereinafter referred to as Owners, is requesting bids from qualified companies for the construction of a Solid Waste Liner, Access Road and Leachate Collection System. These specifications describe construction activities for the Phase 15 Liner at the Bluff Road Municipal Solid Waste Landfill, located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Phase 15 liner project will result in an approximately 15.9 acre cell for use in placement and disposal of municipal solid waste. The estimated notice to proceed (NTP) date is March 17, 2025. Based upon this NTP, Substantial Completion shall be achieved by November 3, 2025; Final Completion shall be achieved by November 17, 2025.
