The Easterly Chemically Enhanced High Rate Treatment (CEHRT) Facility is Consent Decree Control Measure 2. The Easterly CEHRT project includes preliminary design and then design of the new high rate treatment facility to treat CSO-001 based upon the findings documented in the Pilot Testing Report. The project is included in Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District's (NEORSD) FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program and is on indefinite hold. As of April 26, 2022, further detailed information regarding design completion has not been identified. A timeline for construction is not available.
