For Parking Lot Repairs at Beachcrest Apartments Beachcrest 16700-16800 Lakeshore Boulevard Cleveland, Ohio 44110 The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, on behalf of Beachcrest LLC, is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Parking Lot Repairs at Beachcrest Apartments. The project consists of, but is not limited to: repairing the existing asphalt parking lot to include asphalt removal, surface sweeping and preparation, depth repair if necessary, tack coat, leveling course, surface course, and striping. Reinstall fourteen (14) speed bumps. Complete replacement of four (4) catch basins. Repair three (3) catch basins and collars. The work consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, verification of existing conditions, cutting and patching, removals, etc., as required to complete repairs and replacement to/and of the project and other work as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. Beachcrest parking lot is approximately 52,000 square feet. On-site parking is comprised of 65 total parking spaces. Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and maintenance contract requirements. The construction estimate range for this project is between: $100,000 and $150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, made payable to Beachcrest LLC in an amount which shall not be less than five percent (5 %) of the total amount of the Bid Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of Beachcrest LLC. Beachcrest LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of Beachcrest LLC Questions will be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 30, 2023 via email at GilbertP@cmha.net Responses to all questions will be issued as an addendum The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. CMHA is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes.
