As of November 12, 2020, project is under construction and all trades have been let. INTRODUCTION Proposals are being accepted for RFP# 19-001 Courthouse Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). This RFP is provided by Tom Green County (the County) for the purpose of soliciting proposals from prospective vendor(s) to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the renovation of Tom Green County Courthouse, located at 112 W. Beauregard Ave, San Angelo, TX 76903. The selection process for this project will be accomplished by the Construction Manager at Risk method, utilizing the Two-Step process as provided in the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269.253: This Request is Step One (1) of the two-step process. The Respondents are requested to provide qualification information for this RFP. These are the only approved instructions for use on your proposal.
