Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wantagh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project was awarded in November 2020 Nassau County Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from firms to provide Construction Management (CM) services including Resident Engineering, Inspection, CPM scheduling, and Cost Estimating services. The Construction Contractor is responsible for establishing the Baseline CPM and subsequent updates. The Construction Manager's services for CPM Scheduling are described in the Scope of Services. These services are to be provided in connection with the Miscellaneous Pump Stations Repairs and Improvements Project in the Glen Cove, NY service area. The project will be split between three (3) design/construction contracts, with repairs and improvements at a total of six (6) pump stations. Estimated total construction cost is $7 million
