Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 185,600-square-foot, three-story above grade, 1,600-seat, seven-acre educational facility; 73-seat day care center; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a 3-storey secondary school to accommodate approx. 1,600 students + a daycare facility with 73 places. The school will be located at Remembrance Road and Thornbush Boulevard. TIMELINE: Designs are progressing. The school will be located on Remembrance Road, however a site address has yet to be finalized. Tender will be issued sometime in 2026; a timeline has yet to be finalized. Further update summer 2026. *This is a design collaboration between the architectural firms.
