Site work, paving and addition to a medical facility in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 11,400-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
As of November 3, 2020, the architect is negotiating with the low bidder. The construction of approximately 11,400-square-feet of a Pre-Engineered Timber Frame Building including a new septic system, site work, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems and installation of related kenneling and cat cages for a new animal shelter. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of DWG Architects, PLLC located at 2345 Earlysville Road, Earlysville, VA 22936 upon payment of $ 300.00 for each set. Any BIDDER, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS promptly and in good condition, will be refunded the payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be refunded $ 200.00.
