Description of Work Requested: Sale and delivery of bulk aggregates for the 2022 and 2023 budget year ending June 30, 2023. The low quote will supply all aggregates for City of Kinston Public Services Department, Water Resources Division for the upcoming budget year. If contractor cannot fulfill order the City has the right to order from another source. For this annual contract the city will not order less than a 20 ton dump truck load at a time. Quote needs to be priced per ton for the following aggregates: Select Sand (Minimum Annual Order of 400 tons) Sand Clay (Minimum Annual Order of 400 tons) ABC Stone (Minimum Annual Order of 400 tons) # 57 Stone (Minimum Annual Order of 400 tons) # 78 Stone (Wash Rock) (No Minimum Annual Order QTY) Unscreened Topsoil (Supports Vegetation Growth) (No Minimum Annual Order QTY) Rip Rap (No Minimum Annual Order QTY) Products need to be delivered to: Peach Tree lay down yard located at the intersection of Peach Tree Street and Young Street. (GPS coordinates 3514'53.5"N 7733'54.2"W). Sign is at the entrance.
