Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,600-square-foot municipal facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The work consists of remodeling half of an existing 8,600 SF pre-engineered metal building, currently utilized as a large vehicle storage garage (Public Works Building 7), into a maintenance facility for the Corvallis Transit System vehicles. Additional components of this project include the design of a Fire Sprinkler System for the entire building approved by the Building Department, installation of that System and an Electrical Engineering Load-Flow Analysis of the building's existing and proposed Power System. Interested participants are asked to email PublicWorks@corvallis oregon.gov to RSVP by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2020, and include company name, contact information and number of people that will attend (including any subcontractors).
