The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the construction of approximately 1/4 mile of new gravel access road (with turnouts), upgrading the existing gravel road with turnouts, a paved driveway apron, ditching in Ponderosa Avenue, new storm drain, erosion control, tree removal and vegetation removal, per these Contract Documents. Benton County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interest of the County. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
