Renovation of an educational facility in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes the complete re-roof of Finley Hall. The proposed project will include the replacement of the existing roofing materials/systems, the addition of a guardrail around the main roof parapet, and the demo and infill of the old furnace chimney. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders upon the Bid Form provided.
