Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ellicott City, Maryland. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Phase 1 of the capital project will correct potential wastewater overflow conditions and will consist of construction of a new junction chamber and 600 feet of parallel sewer. Phase 2 of the capital project will correct potential surcharged flow conditions within the sewer and will consist of 14,000 feet of parallel sewer. As of March 2023, construction documents are underway, however the project is on indefinite hold due to easements.
