Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Construction is complete. Document requirements and shall be accom-panied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check made payable to Agency Name, in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount of the Base Bid and (any and all) Alternates. Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract will be required as a con-dition of entering into a contract. Bids will be opened and read publicly (aloud) by the Owner immediately following the hour as set above at the Administrative Conference Room., 955 Tacoma Avenue South, Suite 102, Tacoma, WA 98402. The bid opening is open to the public.
