Renovation of a municipal facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** PS25-0117F, 24065.00.00, SPEC-230A Project Scope: Tacoma Power is requesting bids from contractors for construction of a new entry system in our Tacoma Public Utilities administrative building. This work includes demolitions of the existing storefront, automatic sliding doors, granite sill, and removal of portions of the terrazzo and top of slab for a walk-off mat. Installation of a revolving door, replacement of an interior walk-off mat, installation of storefront doors, installation of storefront frame, and reinstallation storage room door to reverse swing. Removal and replacement of the existing atrium glass curtain wall. Coordination with TPU for installation of an air-curtain above the storefront doors, and electrical utilities for power to the air-curtain, and revolving door. Estimate: $1,300,000.
