Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of Field Replacement/Renovation at Baseball and Softball Fields, Dugouts, Baseball and Softball Field Lighting, Restrooms /Concessions Building and minor other athletic improvements. A General Contractor licensed within the state of North Carolina is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities in bidding Minority Participation: Bidders shall note the compliance with the Owner's Minority Participation Policy is applicable to this project. This scope of work consists of field replacement, field lighting, new dugouts, new concessions / restroom building and ADA walkways.
