Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richardson, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,330-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and 142-space sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Richardson, Texas is pleased to be accepting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") team member to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Richardson Senior Center Renovation project. The City will be using a two-step CMAR selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, and this RFQ is the first step in the selection process. There is no pre-submittal conference. Questions related to this RFQ may be submitted via BidSync by no later than Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 4:00 P.M.
