Cottonwood Storm Drainage Improvements Project Description: The project generally consists of improvements to the storm drainage system to minimize flooding during the 100-year rainfall events at the following locations: 209&301 Thompson Dr.; 307&401Thompson Dr.; 1097-1107 Edith Circle; 604&606 Laguna Dr.; and 3007&3101 Tam O'Shanter Ln. based on watershed studies performed in 2018 and 2022. In addition to drainage enhancements, the project also includes the replacement of sanitary sewer lines at two of the specified locations to improve overall system performance.
