As of 12/04/2018 This project has been cancelled by North Texas Municipal Water District effective immediately. It is anticipated that the project will be re-advertised in some form in early 2019. Construction of a new 12-MGD firm pumping capacity lift station including three (3) pumps, three (3) variable frequency drives, electrical building, generator, HVAC, odor control systems, yard piping, site work and approximately 5980 LF of 42-inch gravity main. This project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation 560 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed No. 2. Final Completion of the project shall be achieved within 60 days of the Substantial Completion date. Liquidated damages are set forth in the Agreement.
