Scope of Work: The City of Forney is adding a temporary housing structure (see EXHIBIT "R") on an existing parking lot pad located at 12475 Windy Lane Forney, Tx, at an existing ESD Apparatus Bay Site. This structure is to be purchased by the Contractor from Ramtech Building Systems, see Exhibit R. Ramtech Building Systems will deliver and set up a modular unit onsite with proper tie-downs, blocking, and skirting, etc. Contractor to provide connection of utilities and sanitary lines, furnish and install fencing, and have a decking, covered patio, and ramp connecting the structure to the Apparatus Bay. Contractor to relocate the existing flagpole, add new site signage, and create a new parking lot to accommodate staff parking. Bidders are required to provide all materials, equipment, and labor required for the construction of the project along with a Payment, Performance, and A 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of the Contract. The effective date of the maintenance period will commence upon the date of project acceptance by the City of Forney City Council. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish not only a performance bond in the amount of the Contract but also a payment bond for the protection of all claimants supplying labor and materials.
