Any Agreement resulting from this process shall be done so as deemed in the best interest of the City and on forms either supplied or approved by the City and shall contain, at a minimum, applicable provisions of the Request for Proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any Agreement that does not conform to the Request for Proposals, and any City requirements for an Agreement(s). The City shall not be responsible for any fees incurred by the firm in preparing, submitting, or presenting its response to the Request for Proposals and any subsequent Fee Proposal, or oral presentation to, or interviews with the city.
