Brown Road in Mesa, Arizona. The project scope includes: Providing full programming documents, conceptual design graphics, schematic design drawings, complete construction documents, and potential construction phase services. Improvements south of Brown Road include construction of up to ten (10) regulation-sized lighted soccer fields, LED lighted parking lot expansion, increase the irrigation capacity through deepening or expansion of the existing Red Mountain Park pond and pumps, a new restroom building, updating the disc golf course layout, and additional landscaping improvements. Improvements north of Brown Road include four LED-lighted youth baseball/softball fields, lighted parking lot expansion, and a new restroom building. Additional scope item may include a traffic impact study for Brown Road. It is anticipated that this project will be constructed utilizing a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
