Construction of a new replacement for James McConnell Memorial Library. TIMELINE: The new library facility is now expected to be located on the ground floor of the first tower within the upcoming Edgewater Mixed Use Development (as the anchor tenant). The cost to the CBRM would be $47-$50 million over the course of a 20-year lease, including an initial $9.5 million for fit-up, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
